How to Install an Imaging Unit in the Samsung ML-6512ND

In the first step of the replacement procedure, you must open the top cover of your Samsung ML-6512ND, and then remove the toner cartridge. After that, you must remove the exhausted imaging unit, and then unpack the replacement component. Now, you must shake the new imaging unit several times from side to side, and then remove the plastic cover and the seal. Once the new imaging unit is prepared, you must align its tabs with the grooves inside the Samsung ML-6512ND, and then insert the new component until it snaps into place. Finally, you must reinstall the toner cartridge, and then close the top cover of the machine.
