When do I Replace a Toner Cartridge in the Samsung SF-755P Printer/Fax Machine?

The lifespan of the toner cartridge installed in your Samsung SF-755P Printer/Fax Machine is approx. 1,500 pages. You can check the status of the installed toner cartridge by using the Smart Panel or Samsung Printer Status program. Please note that you can extend the life of the installed toner cartridge by activating the Toner Save mode. The installed toner cartridge should be replaced in the following circumstances:

The red [Status] LED flashes – This control panel indication will appear when the installed toner cartridge reaches near the end of its estimated life. You should install a new toner cartridge soon after the initial appearance of this control panel indication.

The red [Status] LED is on – The installed toner cartridge has been exhausted. It is recommended to replace the installed toner cartridge with a new one.

The error message [Install Toner Cartridge] is displayed on the LCD screen of your Samsung SF-755P Printer/Fax Machine – The toner cartridge is either missing or defective. Please make sure that you have installed the toner cartridge correctly. You will have to replace the installed toner cartridge if the problem persists.

The error message [Not compatible toner cartridge] is displayed – You have installed an incompatible toner cartridge. Please install a new, approved toner cartridge.

The system notification [Prepare new cartridge] is displayed – The installed toner cartridge is nearly empty. You should install a new toner cartridge in order to avoid print quality problems and printing delays.

The status message [Replace new cartridge] is displayed – The Samsung SF-755P Printer/Fax Machine stops printing when this message appears. You must replace the toner cartridge to continue printing.

How to Install a Toner Cartridge in the Samsung SF-755P Printer/Fax Machine

Initially, you must open the top cover and the inner cover of your Samsung SF-755P Printer/Fax Machine, and then pull the used toner cartridge out of the print compartment. After that, you must remove the protective plastic cover from the new toner cartridge, and then loosen the toner by shaking the new component several times up and down. The Samsung SF-755 is an outstanding unit that offers faxing, scanning, printing, and copying. The unit is reliable and very affordable. The only drawback is its lack of color printing.

Pros:

This unit was built as a fax machine. It also offers printing and copying. This unit offers outstanding print quality. It also offers fast copying speeds as well.
The unit also offers excellent copying. It can enlarge documents by 150%. There is also a quick scanning option, which can scan a page in about 1 second and have the first copy printing in no time. The unit delivers 16 copies a minute which will help you get a lot of work done.
One thing to love about this unit is the TonerSave feature. This will reduce the amount of toner used and save you money.
The Samsung SF-755 is an outstanding fax machine with great features. It offers many outstanding functions that you will love. Plus the unit won’t take up a lot of space in your home or office.

Cons:

One drawback to this unit is its limited scanning capabilities. It only offers a resolution up to 300dpi. This unit only offers grayscale printing. Lack of a flatbed scanning surface also limits the scanning function considerably, as only standard sheets can be fed through the unit.
The Samsung SF-755 also lacks color printing. That is another major drawback to this unit.
