Pros:

The MicroLine 184 is fast and efficient. Users can select from four speed settings and get a quality product in less time. The fastest is the 300 cps “Super Speed” Draft mode, followed by the 240 cps High-Speed Draft, 200 cps Utility, and the Near-Letter Quality of 50 cps.

The standard model is compatible with Parallel or Serial interfaces. An optional Ethernet option can be added. Plus the OkiData MicroLine 184 comes with 2K of memory. It is compatible with Windows XP, 2000, 98/95, 3.x and NT

This device can also handle a variety of media types including card stock, envelopes, transparencies, and regular paper. The monthly duty cycle of the MicroLine 184 is 13,000 pages.

Overall, the MicroLine 184 offers quality text prints at an affordable price. Additionally, it can print on a variety of media types.

Cons:

There are several shortcomings of the OkiData MicroLine 184. One is that it doesn’t offering faxing features. Additionally, there are no additional finishing features for this printer/copier. As a result you will have to spend more time manually stapling and collating your documents.
