HP PHOTOSMART D7560 BLACK OEM INK CARTRIDGE

Your HP PhotoSmart D7560 Printer is equipped with four ink cartridges: Black/Photo Black, Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow. The main print resource of these consumable components is the ink, which is used in the printing process and in various maintenance procedures (printhead servicing, initialization process, etc…). You can check the estimated ink levels of the installed cartridges from the control panel by navigating to [Setup] – [Tools] – [Display Ink Gauge]. Alternatively, you can check the ink levels from the ‘’HP Photosmart Software’’ by navigating to [HP Solution Center] – [Settings] – [Print Settings] – [Estimated Ink Level]. Please be aware that the lifespan of the installed ink cartridges will be significantly shortened, if you execute the aligning and cleaning procedures unnecessarily. Please note that you can print a status report from the [Tools] menu of the control panel, in order to check the status information on several aspects of the installed ink cartridges.
The advanced built-in system of your HP PhotoSmart D7560 Printer is constantly monitoring the condition of the installed ink cartridges. The system will display one of the listed error and warning messages, when an ink cartridge related problem occurs.

• ‘’Alignment failed’’ – The cartridge alignment procedure cannot be executed, because the paper loaded into the tray is not supported. You should load a plain white paper into the tray to resolve the issue.

• ‘’Cartridges in wrong slot’’ – One or more ink cartridges are installed in wrong slots. You must reinstall all ink cartridges into the corresponding slots, and then restart the inkjet printer.

• ‘’Incompatible ink cartridges’’ – One or more of the installed ink cartridges were not intended for use in your HP PhotoSmart D7560 Printer. You must replace the indicated incompatible cartridges.

• ‘’Ink alert’’ – The indicated ink cartridges are near the end of their useful life. You should replace all nearly empty ink cartridges, in order to be avoided poor print quality.

• ‘’Ink cartridge problem’’ – You must make sure that all ink cartridges are installed correctly and the print carriage latch is closed. The problematic ink cartridges must be replaced, if the issue persists.

• ‘’Check ink cartridges’’ – One or more ink cartridges are missing or incorrectly installed. Therefore, you must make sure that all ink cartridges are correctly installed, and then restart the inkjet printer. The problematic ink cartridges must be replaced, if the issue persists.

• ‘’Non-HP cartridge’’ – The indicated ink cartridge is a non-HP/non-OEM product. You should follow the prompts on the front-panel display to continue printing. No further actions are required.

• ‘’Original HP ink depleted’’ – The indicated ink cartridges are empty. You must install new ink cartridges of the indicated colors.

• ‘’Previously used genuine HP cartridge’’ – This message indicates that you have reinstalled an OEM ink cartridge. You should follow the prompts on the front-panel display to continue printing.

• ‘’Ink cartridge is missing, incorrectly installed, or not intended for your product’’ – You must make sure that all ink cartridges are installed correctly, and then test your inkjet printer. The problematic ink cartridges must be replaced, if the issue persists.

You should always keep a spare set of ink cartridges for your HP PhotoSmart D7560 Printer in stock, but please keep all consumables in the original sealed packages until they are needed. Please note that the spare set of ink cartridges must be stored in a dark room at temperatures between 60 and 78degreesF/15.6 and 26.6degreesC. The complete replacement procedure is included below.

In the first step of the replacement procedure, you must make sure that your color inkjet printer is turned on, and then open the ink-cartridge access door completely. Please note that the cartridge carriage will be automatically moved to the center of the compartment. After that, you must unlock the empty ink cartridge by pushing its tab towards the rear side of the machine, and then remove the empty cartridge by carefully pulling it upwards. Now, you must unpack the new ink cartridge of the corresponding color, and then remove the orange cap from the new component by twisting it in a counterclockwise direction. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must insert the new ink cartridge into the corresponding slot until it clicks into place and is seated firmly. Finally, you must close the ink cartridge door, and then test your HP PhotoSmart D7560 Printer.
