KYOCERA MITA FS-9530DN OEM TONER CARTRIDGE

The toner cartridge and the waste toner container installed in your KYOCERA MITA FS-9530DN must be replaced, when any of the listed and described below warning messages is displayed on the control LCD.

''Toner Low'' – This warning message indicates that the installed toner cartridge is nearly empty. The main purpose of this message is to give you enough time for a new toner cartridge installation, in order to be avoided a non-operational mode. Therefore, you should install a new toner cartridge soon after the initial appearance of the warning message.

''Replace Toner. Clean Printer'' – This is message indicates that the installed toner cartridge has been completely exhausted. You must replace the exhausted toner cartridge and the waste toner container, and then clean the printer.

You should always keep a spare toner cartridge and a new waste toner container for your KYOCERA MITA FS-9530DN in stock, but please remember to store all consumable components in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. 

You must start the replacement procedure by completely opening the front cover of your KYOCERA MITA FS-9530DN. Then, you must push the lock release lever of the exhausted toner cartridge up and pull the exhausted component towards you until its handle is accessible. After that, you must grab the handle of the exhausted toner cartridge and pull towards you, while pushing the lock release lever up, in order to remove the exhausted toner cartridge from the laser printer. Cleaning of the KYOCERA MITA FS-9530DN filters

1. Open the MP tray, and then remove the top-side filter by pressing its tabs and pulling gently down.
2. Remove the right filter by pressing its tabs and pulling to the left.
3. Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the filters.
4. Return both filters to their original places, and then close the MP tray.

Cleaning of the inside of your KYOCERA MITA FS-9530DN

Please note that the routine execution of this procedure is very important, in order to be avoided a variety of print quality problems.

1. Take the blue cleaning brush, which is located below the installed toner cartridge.
2. Open the left cover of the laser printer, and then use the blue brush to clean the separator, but please avoid touching the drum unit.
3. Clean the transfer roller, while rotating the gear on its left side.
4. Return the blue cleaning brush to its original position.
