The following steps will help you to connect cables to your Kyocera FS-C2126MFP printer. First press the power key on the operation panel to turn the machine off. Also it is important to turn off the main power button. Now connect the printer to the PC or your network device. Remove the cap when using the network interface. Then remove the power cord connector cover. Now connect the power cable to the printer and to the outlet in your home or office. Next put the power cord connector cover back on. Finally turn the main power switch on and wait for the machine to warm up.

The first step is to press the system menu/counter. Then in the menu press the up and down key until you can select [System] and press the OK key. After entering the system menu hit the up or down key until you come to [Network Setting]. Then press the ok key and you will be able to see the network setting menu. Now you will press the up or down key and choose [TCP/IP settings]. Next you will press the up and down key until you select TCP/IP and press the ok key and TCP/IP will appear. Move up and down to find [Auto-IP]. Press ok and Auto-IP will appear. Press the up or down key and select [On] and then hit OK. You have completed the network setup and the screen will return to the IPv4 Setting menu.

The waste toner box needs to be changed on a regular basis. When you see the check waste toner message the health of your printer depends on replacing it. Simply open the waste toner box in order to replace it. Then unlock the lever and take out the waste toner box. It is important to close the cap on the old waste toner box so that it does not leak out. Carefully open the new waste toner box and insert it into the printer. Finally close the waste toner cover.
