PHASER 7400 BLACK OEM TONER CARTRIDGE - HIGH YIELD

Your Xerox Phaser 7400 Color Laser Printer is equipped with a built-in system, which is constantly monitoring the status of all four toner cartridges. Once the toner in any of the installed cartridges becomes too low, you will see the following warning message ‘’[C] [M] [Y] [K] Toner Is Low’’, where the letter ‘’K’’ stands for an exhausted black toner cartridge. You must replace the exhausted toner cartridge/cartridges, if the above message appears. Otherwise, the remaining toner in the nearly empty toner cartridge will be consumed very soon, and you will see the following message ‘’[C] [M] [Y] Toner is Empty’’, if the exhausted toner cartridge is a color cartridge. All color printing will be disabled in the above situation.  If the exhausted cartridge is the black one, then you will see the following error message ‘’Replace [C] + (if exhausted) [M] [Y] [K] Toner Cartridge’’ and all printing operations will be blocked. Herein, you should always keep a spare set of toner cartridges for your Xerox Phaser 7400 Color Laser Printer.

You must start the toner cartridge replacement procedure by turning off the power of your Xerox Phaser 7400 Color Laser Printer. Then, you must open the top door/cover and locate the exhausted toner cartridge/cartridges. Please note, the toner cartridges are arranged in the following order (left-right):  Cyan (‘’C’’), Magenta (‘’M”), Yellow (‘’Y’’), and Black (‘’K’’). After that, you must remove the exhausted toner cartridge by rotating its lock release lever to unlocked position (left) and lifting the cartridge out of the printer. Now, you must prepare the new cartridge by shaking it 7-8 times horizontally and by removing its protective tape. Once the new toner cartridge is prepared, you must insert it into the appropriate toner cartridge slot and lock it into place by turning its lock release lever to locked position (right). Finally, you can close the top cover and test your Xerox Phaser 7400 Color Laser Printer.
