BROTHER HL-3075CW CYAN OEM TONER CARTRIDGE

Brother HL-3075CW printer has 4 different color toner cartridges. Each cartridge has its own drum unit.

You can manually check count of printed pages and images count. Press <OK> button to enter the menu. Using <UP> and <DAWN> arrows navigate to <MACHINE INFO> go to <PAGE COUNT> menu and print out supply status page to see total, color and monochrome pages printed.

To see <IMAGE COUNT> press <GO> using <UP> and <DAWN> arrows navigate to <IMAGE COUNT> menu and print out supply status page to see black, cyan, magenta, yellow produced pages.
NOTE: Usually when Brother HL-3075CW printer starts having problems mixing colors you have to know that a toner cartridge has to be changed.

LCD screen will show a <TONER LOW K, C, M or Y> message when it is almost out of toner.
NOTE: Keep aside new toner cartridge or once you see <TONER LOW K, C, M or Y> message order new toner cartridge from your supplier.

Not long after receiving <TONER LOW K, C, M or Y> message you will receive <REPLACE TONER> message which means that you will no longer be able to print until you replace the toner cartridge with new.
NOTE: <TONER LOW K, C, M or Y> message will appear in 2 seconds until you change it.

You have to turn <OFF> Brother HL-3075CW printer when replacing a toner cartridge. To replace a Toner cartridge stand in front of the printer and open its top cover door.

At the left side on the toner cartridges it is shown the color of each cartridge. Take out the toner along with drum because it is an assembly. To free empty toner cartridge from drum unit press the lock lever in the middle of assembly.

To clean the drum unit from old toner cartridges toner just slides the corona wire several times from side to side. After you are finished cleaning the drum set back the corona wire at its first position.

Take out new toner cartridge and shake it several times horizontally before you remove the protection cover.  Remove the protection cover.

Install the toner cartridge back into drum unit. You have installed it correctly once you hear lock in the middle click.

Take back drum and toner assembly into Brother HL-3075CW printer at its first position and close the top cover door.

Turn printer <ON> and continue printing.
