The process for replacing a toner cartridge for the Toshiba E-Studio 35 also involves replacing its toner waste container, as this container should also be changed with every new toner cartridge. The replace toner bag symbol is distinct from the replace toner cartridge symbol, and may blink independently from the toner cartridge warning, indicating that ONLY the waste toner bag requires replacing.
Open the large cover located on the front of the Toshiba E-Studio 35 in order to access the consumables compartment. Begin the replacement process by moving the L shaped waste toner bag to the left. This will unlock it from its current position and allow users to pull it safely from the machine, being sure not to interrupt other components.

Remove the cartridge from the machine by pulling it straight out. User toner cartridges and containers should always be recycled through a credited program.
Unwrap the new cartridge and shake it in all directions and rotations. A seal can be found at the top end of the cartridge that must be pulled outward from the cartridge, as is indicated by the small arrow printed on the pull tab. Next, ready the toner cartridge for insertion into the machine, making sure that the arrow is on TOP.
Push the cartridge into the machine fully, then turn the arrow so that it faces the side seen previously on the old cartridge. Secure the cartridge in place by closing the protective holder.
The new toner waste container must be inserted into the machine in the exact reverse order as the uninstall; first shimmying it into position, then sliding it to the RIGHT to lock it into place. Once this is done, the lid to the machine can be closed and a test page should
