BROTHER MFC-7345N OEM TONER CARTRIDGE - HIGH YIELD

 The toner cartridge installed in your Brother MFC-7345N Multifunction Printer is a consumable printer component, which has a certain, limited printing resource. The lifespan of this consumable component is defined by numerous factors, such as the percentage of page coverage, the format/size of the printed documents, the used image settings, the technical condition of other printer components (such as the drum unit), etc... Therefore, an exact prediction (in number of pages or days) of the toner cartridge's lifespan could not be made, and because of that, your printer is equipped with a built-in system for a constant toner cartridge monitoring. Once the monitoring system detects a low toner level in the installed toner cartridge, it will display the following message ''TONER LOW'' on the LCD of your MFC-7345N. In this situation, you must purchase and/or prepare a new toner cartridge, because the currently installed toner cartridge will be completely emptied very soon. Once this happens, and there is no toner left in the installed toner cartridge, the built-in monitoring system will display the following error message ''TONER LIFE END'', and your printer will automatically switch to a non-operational mode. Please note that if your printer switch to a non-operational mode, then you won't be able to print/copy documents until a new toner cartridge is installed. The easiest way to avoid such interruptions of your work is to keep a new toner cartridge for your Brother MFC-7345N Multifunction Printer in stock, but remember to store all consumables in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation/instructions. 

Initially, you must grab the handle of the front cover and pull towards you, in order to gain access to the compartment where the consumable components are installed. After that, you must take the drum unit and exhausted toner cartridge assembly out of the printer by carefully pulling the assembly towards you, and then unlock the exhausted toner cartridge from the drum unit by pushing down the colored lock release lever, which is located on the front side of the drum unit. It is very important to avoid touching the contact area of the new toner cartridge and the surface of the photoconductive drum, which is located on the top side of the drum unit (below the exhausted toner cartridge), in order to avoid future print quality problems. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must unpack the new toner cartridge, and then shake it six-seven times horizontally. Then, you must finalize the new toner cartridge preparation by removing the protective plastic cover from the contact area of the new toner cartridge. Now, you must insert the prepared new toner cartridge into the drum unit, but make sure that it clicks securely into place. Please note that the automatic lock release lever elevation (to locked/raised position) indicates a correct toner cartridge installation. Now, you must look at the top side of the drum unit and locate the green cleaning tab, and then slide the tab along the recess several times, in order to clean the primary corona wire and to avoid print quality problems. Please note that you must slide the green tab back to its original position, after the primary corona wire cleaning has been performed. After that, you must grab the drum unit and new toner cartridge assembly and insert it into the printer. Finally, you must close the front cover of your Brother MFC-7345N Multifunction Printer, and then wait for the automatic initializing procedure to be completed.
