The DRUM CLEANING BLADE replacement procedure requires the disassembly of the toner cartridge, the Drum, and the main charger. Below is the procedure for each required disassembly.

First, you must open both front and side cabinets of your Toshiba e-Studio 120 Digital Plain Paper Copier. In the next step, you must locate the toner cartridge, hold down its lever to unlock it, and pull it out of the copier. You should prepare a plastic collection bag before the cartridge replacement, in order to safely pack it afterwards.

Once the toner cartridge is out of the copier, you must detach the developer unit by removing the screw, and then you must pull out the drum cartridge. In the next step, you must remove the drum`s cover and the drum`s fixing plate. Now, you can remove the DRUM and the Main charger from the drum cartridge. Now, you can attach the new cleaning blade into the unit and fix it with a screw. After that, you must attach the felt and the duplex tape. In the next step, you must install the main charger back and the drum`s fixing plate (remember to grease it).
