This Toner Cartridge prints 13500 pages with an average 5% page coverage. The amount of pages can vary depending upon the amount of ink printed onto each page. (5% page coverage is a standard Toshiba specification)

This product comes with a 6 month Warranty against any defects (including free replacement). We stand behind our products 100%, as these are not manufactured by Toshiba.

When do I Replace a Toner Cartridge in the Toshiba e-Studio 28 Laser Printer?

You should replace the toner cartridge installed in your Toshiba e-Studio 28 Laser Printer when any of the listed indications appears. Please note that you should install a new waste toner container when replacing the toner cartridge.

How to Install a Toner Cartridge in the Toshiba e-Studio 28 Laser Printer

Initially, you must open the front cover of your Toshiba e-Studio 28 Laser Printer, and then slide the waste toner container to the left. Next, you must remove the waste toner container by pulling it carefully towards you, and then use the included seal to close the opening of the exhausted component. After that, you must open the door of the toner cartridge slot, and then rotate the exhausted toner cartridge until the arrow on its side is aligned with the mark on the slot. Now, you must remove the exhausted toner cartridge by pulling it slowly towards you, and then take the new toner cartridge out of the transport box. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must loosen the toner by shaking the new cartridge several times in all directions, and then remove the toner seal. Once the new toner cartridge is prepared, you must align it with the slot, so that the guiding arrow faces upwards, and then insert the new toner cartridge completely. Next, you must close the door of the toner cartridge slot, and then insert the new waste toner container into the Toshiba e-Studio 28 Laser Printer. Finally, you must close the front cover of the laser printer.

If you are looking for a copier with outstanding speeds and quality, the Toshiba e-Studio 28 is an excellent choice. It features a 256-level Error Diffusion Gray Scale. Another feature is Real Time Dynamic Range Correction (RTDRC) that adjusts the density to match the original during the scanning pass. This reduces background density and improves the overall quality of copies.

Pros:

The Toshiba e-Studio 28 can easily handle the volume of small businesses. It can handle up to 90,000 copies a month while delivering the first copy in 3.9 seconds. When warming up, you don’t have to wait long since it will be ready to print in just 30 seconds. Toshiba's patented Induction Heating (IH) Fuser Technology increases productivity by shortening the warm-up time while dramatically reducing energy consumption.
With this unit originals can be enlarged by 200% or reduced to 50%. Duplexing is another standard feature of this unit. With duplexing you can reduce the amount of paper used which is good for the environment and will save you money.

Cons:

The Toshiba e-Studio 28 is an outstanding copier. However it lacks faxing capabilities. Most offices need a fax and as a result they will have to spend more money to purchase a seperate fax machine.
