XEROX WORKCENTRE 7345 OEM TONER CARTRIDGES SET

The Xerox WorkCentre 7345 will notify users via its LCD screen when toner cartridges need to be ordered and when they need to be replaced in two distinct messages. Replacement of the cartridges is simple and straightforward; begin by opening the front door to the printer.

Select the correct color toner cartridge for replacement. The color that needs to be replaced will be indicated by a C, M, Y, or K symbol on the screen, indicating cyan, magenta, yellow, or black. To remove the cartridge, simply rotate it by its handle COUNTER CLOCKWISE until the indicator arrow points at the unlocked icon.

Remove the new toner cartridge from its package and shake it around in all directions thoroughly to distribute the toner inside. Slide the new toner cartridge into the correct toner slot with the arrow on the handle pointing at the unlock icon, then lock it into place by turning it clockwise. Close the door to the machine to complete the install.

To set up the printer’s scan to e mail function, users must access the TOOLS section of the device menu. Begin by pressing LOG IN/OUT and type the login ID 1111, then press ENTER. Next, press MACHINE STATUS and select the TOOLS tab. Choose SYSTEM SETTINGS and then CONNECTIVITY AND NETWORK SETUP.

In the second menu on the right, choose the PORT SETTINGS option. A new screen will open up. Select the SEND E MAIL option on this screen and choose CHANGE SETTINGS. Within the send e mail screen, choose the PORT STATUS option and again click CHANGE SETTINGS.

The last screen will be the SEND E MAIL PORT STATUS screen and it will have a DISABLED and ENABLED tab. Select ENABLED and then SAVE. Return to the main screen to send the e mail.

The services button, job status button, and machine status button help to immediately give users information on these respective issues.
