The WorkCentre Pro 245 is a fast multifunction printer that can produce up to 45 pages per minute. This machine packs copy, scan, fax, print, and email capabilities. With it you get a wide array of document distribution options. It comes with extensive fax capabilities from network server/internet fax, walkup fax or LAN fax.
 

Pros:

With the WorkCentre Pro 245 from Xerox you get outstanding multifunction capability and performance. It will enhance the functionality of already powerful walk-up features. It will add network printing to your capabilities allowing you to take advantage of effortless copying and printing to get more work done.

The Xerox WorkCentre Pro 245 offers multifunction power that lets you perform any number of jobs using multiple functions at once. Additionally you get Xerox Standard Accounting tracks that allow you to copy, fax, print and scan. There is an optional walk-up fax with LAN fax and scan-to-email that allows you to complete any task at hand.

Paper handling won’t be a problem with the WorkCentre Pro 245. It comes with a 75-sheet duplexer, 100 sheet bypass tray, and two 550-sheet user adjustable front loading paper trays. An optional 3,600 sheet high capacity paper tray is available to increase the total paper handling capacity to 4,800 sheets.

Cons:

The one shortcoming of the WorkCentre Pro 245 is that it only offers 600 X 600 dpi resolution copies. When compared to other copiers currently on the market the resolution of this printer is low.
