All toner cartridges are installed correctly, but ‘’Install [Color] Toner’’ is displayed on the LCD screen – You must install a new toner cartridge of the corresponding color.

‘’Invalid [Color] Toner’’ is displayed – You must replace the specified toner cartridge with a new one that has been designed for use in your Xerox Phaser 6100 Color Laser Printer.

‘’Ready [Color] Low Toner’’ – The [Color] toner level is low. You should purchase a new toner cartridge of the corresponding color.

‘’Replace [Color] Toner’’ – You must install a new [Color] toner cartridge.

Initially, you must turn the Xerox Phaser 6100 Color Laser Printer off, and wait at least 10 minutes before proceeding with the next step. Then, you must open the left cover completely. After that, you must pull the used toner cartridge straight towards you to remove it from the laser printer, and then unpack a new toner cartridge of the corresponding color. To prepare the new toner cartridge for installation, you must shake it several times from side to side, and then remove the protective paper. In the next step, you must insert the new toner cartridge firmly into the corresponding slot, and then close the left cover. Finally, you must turn on and test your Xerox Phaser 6100 Color Laser Printer.
