XEROX PHASER 6350 COLOR TONER CARTRIDGES SET

The Xerox Phaser 6350 Laser Printer features a built-in monitoring system, which is constantly monitoring the status of each installed toner cartridge. Once the toner level in any of the four cartridges becomes too low, you will see one/several of the four listed below warning messages:

- ‘’Cyan Toner Cartridge is Low’’
- ‘’Magenta Toner Cartridge is Low’’
- ‘’Yellow Toner Cartridge is Low’’
- ‘’Black Toner Cartridge is Low’’

The specified exhausted cartridge from any of the above messages should be replaced soon after the initial appearance of the warning message. Otherwise, the remaining toner in the nearly empty toner cartridge will be completely consumed very soon, and you will see one/several from the listed below error codes:

- ‘’Code 202, 224: Replace Cyan Toner Cartridge’’
- ‘’Code 203, 225: Replace Magenta Toner Cartridge’’
- ‘’Code 204, 226: Replace Yellow Toner Cartridge’’
- ‘’Code 205, 227: Replace Black Toner Cartridge’’

Please note, when any of the three color cartridges is displayed in an error code, all color printing operations will be suspended. You will be still able to print black and white documents in the above situation, but only if you switch your printer to ‘’Run Black’’ printing mode. Please also note, when the black toner cartridge is displayed in an error message, your PHASER 6350 will automatically switch to ‘’Hard Stop’’ mode and all printing operations will be suspended. Herein, you should always keep a spare set of toner cartridges for your XEROX PHASER 6350 Laser Printer.

Initially, you must turn off your Xerox Phaser 6350 Laser Printer by pressing its power switch to ‘’O’’ position. Then, you must open the top cover by lifting the tabs on both side and locate the exhausted cartridge/cartridges. Now, you must unlock the exhausted toner cartridge by turning its locking lever forward to the stamped on the printer unlocked position, and then you must lift the cartridge out of the printer. Once the old/exhausted toner cartridge is out of the printer, you must prepare the new one by unpacking and shaking it 8-10 times both vertically and horizontally. After that, you must insert the prepared new toner cartridge into the appropriate toner cartridge slot by pushing it gently down. In the next step of the toner cartridge replacement procedure, you must lock the completely inserted new toner cartridge by turning its lock release lever to the stamped on the printer locked position. Finally, you must remove the protective tape from the toner cartridge and close the top cover of your Xerox Phaser 6350 Laser Printer.
