Your Xerox WorkCentre XD120F Laser Digital Copier/Printer is equipped with a built-in system, which is constantly monitoring the status of the toner cartridge. When the toner monitoring system detects a low toner level, the toner LED indicator will light, and you will be able to print/copy only 10 more pages. Once the toner cartridge is completely exhausted, all printing operations will be blocked/suspended and the ‘’J1’’ status code will be displayed. Herein, you should always have a spare full toner cartridge for your WorkCentre XD120F.

How to Install a Toner Cartridge in the Xerox WorkCentre XD120F Laser Digital Copier/Printer

Initially, you must open the side cover of your Xerox WorkCentre XD120F Laser Digital Copier/Printer by pressing its release lever. Then, you must open the front cover by pressing its release buttons. Now, you must completely remove the exhausted toner cartridge by pressing down its front green lever and pulling it out in direction towards you.
