When do I Replace a Toner Cartridge in the Savin 2055DP Black & White Multifunction Printer?

You should replace the installed toner cartridge with a new one if:

� The Connect Copy function is unavailable – You should check the sub-unit for paper jams. Please install a new toner cartridge if the problem has not been caused by a paper jam in the sub-unit area.

� Copies are too light – A nearly empty toner cartridge can cause various print quality issues. Therefore, you should replace the installed toner cartridge if print quality is unsatisfactory.

� The [Add Toner] indicator is on – The installed toner cartridge is near the end of its useful life. You can still print/copy new documents in this situation. However, print quality cannot be guaranteed.

How to Install a Toner Cartridge in the Savin 2055DP Black & White Multifunction Printer

Initially, you must open the front cover of the Savin 2055DP Black & White Multifunction Printer, and then pull the toner cartridge holder towards you until it is at an angle of 90degrees from the main unit. After that, you must pull the green lock/release lever up, and take the used toner cartridge out of the machine. Now, you must shake the new toner cartridge several times from side to side, and then remove its outer cap. Once the new toner cartridge is prepared, you must slide it into the holder until the green lock/release lever clicks, and then return the toner cartridge holder to its original position. Finally, you must close the front cover of your Savin 2055DP Black & White Multifunction Printer.
