AR-153E TONER CARTRIDGE

Sharp AR-153E Toner Cartridge (AR153E Copier) - 6,500 Pages

Price:  $38.89
5253
Product Description
Sharp AR-153E Toner Cartridge (AR153E Copier) - 6,500 Pages

This toner cartridge prints 6500 pages with average 5% coverage (Nearly all Printer manufacturers base their ink/toner cartridge yields on 5% page coverage).

This product comes with a 6 month Warranty against any defects (including free replacement). We stand behind our products 100%, as these are not manufactured by Sharp.

Why toner? Why not call it ink? Regular ink dries quickly, which is why cartridges for inkjet printers do not last long. Laser Printers use toner, which is ink in the form of powder. A sealed toner cartridge can be stored for 2+ years prior to usage.

Product Manuals
When do I Replace a Toner Cartridge in the Sharp AR-153E Laser Printer?
The toner cartridge installed in your Sharp AR-153E Laser Printer is a consumable component, which means that you will have to replace the installed toner cartridge with a new one once a certain number of pages (approx. 6,500 at 5% coverage) are printed. The maximal number of prints/copies will vary depending on various subjective factors, such as the average percentage of page coverage, the average number of printed pages per task, the used print-quality modes/settings, etc… For example, you can extend the useful life of the installed toner cartridge up to 10% by using the Toner Save mode.
The installed toner cartridge should be replaced if:
· The [Toner Cartridge] indicator is steadily lit or blinking – The main purpose of this indicator is to notify the user when a new toner cartridge is needed. The indicator will be steadily lit when the installed toner cartridge reaches near the end of its useful life. You should install a new toner cartridge soon after the initial appearance of the described indication. Otherwise, the remaining toner will be completely consumed, and then all copy/print operations will be disabled. You can find information on how to install a new toner cartridge in your Sharp AR-153E Laser Printer further below.
· The error code [CH] is displayed on the LCD screen – The installed toner cartridge is either damaged/faulty or incorrectly installed. You must make sure that the toner cartridge is inserted firmly into the corresponding slot of the laser printer. Please install a new toner cartridge if the problem persists.
· Printouts are faded
· Printouts have uneven print density
· Printouts are smeared
You should always keep a new toner cartridge for your Sharp AR-153E Laser Printer in stock. Please store the spare toner cartridge in a dry, dark location, at a stable temperature.
How to Install a Toner Cartridge in the Sharp AR-153E Laser Printer
Initially, you must make sure that the multi-bypass tray is opened, and then pull the side cover towards you while pressing its releasing button. Once the side cover is completely opened, you must open the front cover of your Sharp AR-153E Laser Printer, and then remove the used toner cartridge by pulling it towards you while pressing the lock/release lever located on the top side of the cartridge. Please do not tilt or shake the removed toner cartridge. After that, you must remove the new toner cartridge from the protective bag, and then redistribute the toner by shaking the new component 8-10 times horizontally. Now, you must remove the protective seal from the shutter of the new toner cartridge, and then slide the cartridge along the guides of the slot until it clicks into place. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must remove the cartridge shutter by pulling its tab straight towards you, and then close the front cover. Finally, you must close the side cover of your Sharp AR-153E Laser Printer.
When do I Replace a Fuser Assembly Unit in the Sharp AR-153E Laser Printer?
The fuser assembly unit installed in your Sharp AR-153E Laser Printer is a very important component. The main function of this component is to fix the transferred toner image on the print paper with a combination of heat and pressure. The silicon rubber roller (lower heat roller) and the Teflon roller (upper heat roller) are the main components of the installed fuser assembly unit. You must replace the installed fuser assembly unit if any of the listed error codes appears.
· [H3 – 00] – The temperature of the fuser heat rollers is above 240C/464F (the fuser assembly unit is overheating). You should try to resolve the problem by turning the Sharp AR-153E Laser Printer off, and then back on. Please install a new fuser assembly unit if the problem persists.
· [H4 – 00] – The installed fuser assembly unit does not reach operational temperature (185C/365F). Please turn the laser printer off, and then back on. A new fuser assembly unit must be installed if the problem persists.
How to Install a Fuser Assembly Unit in the Sharp AR-153E Laser Printer
Important: The operational temperature of the installed fuser assembly unit is 185C/365F. Therefore, you should turn the laser printer off, and then wait at least 30 minutes before proceeding with the replacement procedure.
Initially, you must open the rear cover of your Sharp AR-153E Laser Printer, and then detach the three connectors. After that, you must open the side cover, and then remove the two screws that fix the installed fuser assembly unit to the printer chassis. Now, you must remove the used fuser assembly unit, and then unpack the new one. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must slide the new fuser assembly unit into the laser printer completely, and then fix it into place with the two screws. Once the new fuser assembly unit is installed, you must close the side cover, and then attach the three connectors (in the rear compartment). Finally, you must close the rear cover, and then test your Sharp AR-153E Laser Printer.
