Please note that the Konica Minolta BizHub C203 Laser Printer features a two-stage warning system, which means that the machine will display one of the listed messages when any of the installed drum units reaches near or at the end of its useful life.

Initially, you must turn the Konica Minolta BizHub C203 Laser Printer off by pressing the [Power] key, and then open the front door. Next, you must set the main power switch to ‘’OFF/0’’ position, and then press the unlock lever of the exhausted drum unit down. After that, you must remove the exhausted drum unit by pulling it carefully towards you, and then take the new drum unit out of the transport box. Please do not hold the top part of the new drum unit. Now, you must remove the packing material, and then pull the new drum unit out of the black protective bag. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must shake the new drum unit very gently from side to side, and then remove the protective tape, the spacer, and the plastic cover from the new component. Once the new drum unit is prepared, you must align its mark with the mark of the corresponding slot, and then insert the new component into place. Next, you must pull the protective sheet out of the new drum unit, and then push the new component down to lock it into place. After that, you must set the main power switch to ON/[I] position, and then close the front door of your Konica Minolta BizHub C203 Laser Printer. Finally, you must adjust the gradation levels by selecting [Administrator Settings] – [System Settings] – [Expert Adjustment] – [Gradation Adjustment].
