This Toner Cartridge has an extended capacity (high yield) and prints 2600 pages with an average 5% page coverage. The amount of pages can vary depending upon the amount of ink printed onto each page. (5% is a standard Brother spec)

When do I Replace a Toner Cartridge in the Brother HL-2132 Laser Printer

The lifespan of the installed toner cartridge depends on two main factors:

� The capacity of the cartridge (Starter, Standard, High Yield)

� The toner coverage of your documents

You should replace the installed toner cartridge if any of the listed indications persists.

How to Install a Toner Cartridge in the Brother HL-2132 Laser Printer

In the first step of the replacement procedure, you must switch your Brother HL-2132 Laser Printer on, and then open the front cover by pulling the side tabs towards you. After that, you must remove the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly by pulling it straight towards you, and then remove the exhausted toner cartridge by pulling it away from the drum unit while pushing the green release lever down. Now, you must shake the new toner cartridge several times from side to side, and then remove the protective plastic cover. Once the new toner cartridge is prepared, you must insert it into the drum unit until it locks into place, and then clean the primary corona wire. Finally, you must insert the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly into the Brother HL-2132 Laser Printer, and then close the front cover.
