E-STUDIO 200L DEVELOPER

The initial step is to remove the Process Unit. You must open the front cover of your e-Studio 200L and remove the toner cartridge. After that, the front side connector must be disconnected and both side screws of the Process Unit must be loosened. Finally, you will be able to remove the process unit by pulling it toward you.

Once the Process unit is out, you must remove the Cleaner unit. Detach the front cover of the process unit by disconnecting all connectors and removing the 2 screws from the front side. After the above actions, you will be able to take off the cleaner unit by lifting it up.

Now, you can remove the 2 screws from the developer unit and slide its upper cover forward to take it off. Once the cover is off, you can remove the old developer material (from the rear side) and add the new one. In order to distribute the new developer material evenly, you must rotate the rear side gear in counterclockwise direction, while filling the developer unit with developer material. Finally, you must return all components to their original places by following the above procedure in reverse order.
