Troubleshooting Error Messages From the Kyocera FS-9520DN Printer

Maintenance messages are a common part of life that you need to deal with. You may see an error on the screen of your FS-9520DN that says Clean printer Press Go. This message indicates that you need to clean your printer. When replacing the toner container it is common to see such as message.

How to Replace the Toner Cartridge in the Kyocera FS-9520DN Printer

When your toner container is empty simply open the front cover of the printer all the way. Then push the lock lever up and carefully remove the toner container until you see its handle. You must grip the handle on the toner container and push the lock lever up again while lifting the toner container. Then carefully place the old toner container in the disposal bag. You need to shake the new toner several times. Now take the handle on the toner container and insert the container in the correct position. Make sure that the gear side of the toner faces the printer when putting the toner container inside. Then using two hands put the toner container into the printer. Make sure that you remove the old waste toner box.

It is important to remove the seal from the rear of the old waste toner box and seal it. It is also important to clean it several times by pulling the cleaning out as far as you can and pushing it back in a few times. Then use the new grid cleaner in the bag and take off the cap of the grid cleaner. Then pull the main charger out two inches. Now you can place the new waste toner box in the printer. The next step is to remove the blue colored brush and then pull up the lock lever on the printer and open the left cover 1. The separator needs cleaned using the brush. Finally replacing the toner and cleaning is finished and the front and left cover can now be closed.
