LEXMARK C532 BLACK TONER CARTRIDGE

A message appears on the LCD screen when it’s needed to change a supply item or when maintenance is required. You can check the status of printer supplies anytime using the control panel menus.

Printing the status page on Lexmark C532 printer can be done manually when printer is in <READY> mode. Press <GO> button until you see <TEST MENU> press <SELECT> to confirm and enter sub to menu.

Press <TEST MENU> until you reach <STATUS PAGE> and press <SELECT>.

A test page will be printed out. On that test page you will see information about every changeable part ant its remaining life including toner cartridges and drum units.

Press <GO> button to return in <READY> mode.

Another way to know when you are running out of toner is when the images you print out are pale or light than usual.

If you receive a <REPLACE TONER B, C, M or Y> message on the LCD screen order new cartridge or replace the almost empty ones.

When received <REPLACE TONER B, C, M or Y> message on the LCD screen you have to know that few copies are remaining.
NOTE: It would be wise to keep a spear toner cartridge for each color for Lexmark C532 printer or order in time new toner cartridge.

When it is time to change the toner cartridge in your Lexmark C532 printer stand in front of it and open the front cover door.

To take out the empty toner cartridge and replace it grasp it by its handle and pull it out of the printer. After you take out the empty toner cartridge dispose of it due to local laws and regulations.
NOTE: Each toner cartridge in the printer and these which will be installed in the future is marked with color marks on the right side.

Unpack new toner cartridge and shake it several times gently from side to side.
NOTE: When you shake the toner cartridge do not turn it upside down, because you may scatter it.

Take away the protection cover tape from it.
CAUTION: DO not touch the drum because you will leave a fingerprint mark which will display on printed pages.

Install the new toner cartridge back into Lexmark C532 printer by aligning it to printer rile by firmly pushing it forward.
NOTE: Installed toner cartridges must be in the following order:
B BLACK cartridge
C CYAN cartridge
M MAGENTA cartridge
Y YELLOW cartridge

When you are finished replacing toner cartridges in Lexmark C532 printer close the front cover door.
