KONICA MINOLTA MAGICOLOR 1600W DRUM

The drum cartridge installed in your Konica Minolta MagiColor 1600W Color Laser Printer should be replaced if any of the listed indications (light patterns) appears.

The green [Ready] indicator is on, the orange [Error] indicator blinks slowly, and the [X Toner] indicator is on – You must make sure that the toner cartridge of the corresponding color and the drum cartridge are correctly installed, and then restart the Konica Minolta MagiColor 1600W Color Laser Printer. If the problem persists, you should replace the corresponding toner cartridge. If the toner-cartridge replacement does not solve the problem, you must replace the drum cartridge.

You must start the replacement procedure by opening the top cover of your Konica Minolta MagiColor 1600W Color Laser Printer. Then, you must detach the installed drum cartridge from the slot by lifting it up and pushing it slightly to the back. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must pull the exhausted drum cartridge out of the main unit, and then unpack the new component. Please do not touch the photoconductive drum and the transfer belt of the new drum cartridge. After that, you must insert the new drum cartridge into the machine, and then slide it towards the slot until it stops. Finally, you must close the top cover of your Konica Minolta MagiColor 1600W Color Laser Printer.
