How to Install a Ribbon Cartridge in the OkiData MicroLine 3410

In the first step of the replacement procedure, you must open the front cover of your OkiData MicroLine 3410, and then remove the exhausted ribbon cartridge. After that, you must unpack the new ribbon cartridge, and then remove the shipping restraint. Now, you must push the latch of the idler roller in, and then insert the pins of the new ribbon cartridge into the notches of the side plates. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must push the new ribbon cartridge down until it snaps into place, and then move the printhead to the center of the compartment. Once you have moved the printhead to the correct position, you must thread the ribbon around the posts, and then tighten the ribbon by rotating the take-up knob in a clockwise direction. Finally, you must close the front cover of your OkiData MicroLine 3410.
