10 Products for the Konica Minolta MagiColor 2550 Color Laser Printer
Konica Magicolor 2550 Printer Review
The Konica Minolta Magicolor 2550 is lacking in many areas for a laser printer. It is difficult to set up and is slow. Plus it doesn’t offer much in terms of paper handling capabilities. When buying a printer you expect more than what the Konica Minolta Magicolor 2550 has to offer.
With the Magicolor 2550 you can install separate drivers. PostScript 3 emulation gives you better image quality, but print speeds are not very fast. Monochrome prints are good with both drivers. The Magicolor 2550 produces graphics that are clear and solid with both drivers. However, when using PostScript emulation you will get faded-looking dark shades on some photos.
The Magicolor 2550 is slow. It only produces 13ppm. It is the slowest printer in its group for producing color documents. Furthermore it is noisy when it prints. |
