KONICA MINOLTA MAGICOLOR 2550 COLOR TONER CARTRIDGES SET

The Konica Minolta MagiColor 2550 Color Laser Printer is based on the CMYK printing system, which means that the machine uses four toner cartridges to produce full-color printouts. The machine displays text messages on the control panel LCD that alert the user of conditions such as exhausted consumables. Please note that you can check the status of all installed consumables by clicking the [Consumables] tab. Please also note that the Konica Minolta MagiColor 2550 Color Laser Printer displays the current toner levels on the LCD when it is in a Standby/Idle mode. You should replace the installed toner cartridges when any of the listed messages and print quality problems appears.

The [Ready] indicator is on, the [Error] indicator is off, and the message [X EMPTY] is displayed – The Konica Minolta MagiColor 2550 Color Laser Printer has detected that the specified toner cartridge is empty. You can continue printing in this situation, but please be aware that print quality cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, you should replace the exhausted toner cartridge.

The message [X INCORRECT] is displayed – The indicated toner cartridge is not intended for use in your Konica Minolta MagiColor 2550 Color Laser Printer. Please replace the specified toner cartridge with a new compatible one.

The message [X TONER LOW] is displayed – The amount of toner remaining in the indicated toner cartridge will be consumed within 200 pages at 5% coverage. You should replace the indicated toner cartridge soon.

The message [REPLACE X TONER] is displayed – The indicated toner cartridge has reached the end of its useful life. You must replace the exhausted component.

The message [X TONER MISSING] is displayed – The Konica Minolta MagiColor 2550 Color Laser Printer does not detect the specified toner cartridge. Please make sure that all toner cartridges are properly installed. You will have to replace the specified toner cartridge if the problem persists.

In the initial step of the replacement procedure, you must move the exhausted toner cartridge to a replacement position by selecting [Menu <> Print Menu] – [Quality Menu] – [Replace Toner] – [The color of the exhausted toner cartridge] – [Yes]. Then, you must open the top cover of your Konica Minolta MagiColor 2550 Color Laser Printer. Please do not touch the sensitive surface of the transfer belt. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must open the front cover, and then use the colored handle to pull the exhausted toner cartridge out of the laser printer. After that, you must remove the new toner cartridge from the protective plastic bag, and then redistribute the toner by shaking the new cartridge several times up and down. Once you have finished redistributing the toner, you must remove the protective plastic cover from the toner roller, and then align the two tabs of the new toner cartridge with the holders of the corresponding slot. Now, you must insert the new toner cartridge into the slot, and then push it down until it clicks into place. Finally, you must close the front cover, and then close the top cover of your Konica Minolta MagiColor 2550 Color Laser Printer.
