OKIDATA CX2032 MFP MAGENTA TONER CARTRIDGE

The toner used in your OkiData CX2032 MFP Color Laser Printer is contained in four cartridges. The lifespan of the installed Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow toner cartridges is approx. 5,000 pages at 5% coverage. The Black toner cartridge contains about 20% more toner and yields approx. 1,000 more pages. You can check the current toner levels from the [Usage] menu. The OkiData CX2032 MFP Color Laser Printer monitors the status of the installed toner cartridges. The machine will display one of the listed messages and error codes if a toner cartridge-related abnormality occurs.

[WARNING <> ORDER [COLOR] TONER] – The indicated toner cartridge is nearly empty. You should order a new set of toner cartridges for your OkiData CX2032 MFP Color Laser Printer.

[WARNING <> [COLOR] TONER EMPTY] – All print/copy operations will be disabled after approx. 50 new prints. Please make sure that you have a new toner cartridge of the indicated color in stock.

[Error 410: Yellow <> Replace Toner], [Error 411: Magenta <> Replace Toner], [Error 412: Cyan <> Replace Toner], and [Error 413: Black <> Replace Toner] – The OkiData CX2032 MFP Color Laser Printer cannot print or copy because the indicated toner cartridge is empty. Please replace the indicated toner cartridge to resume printing/copying.

[Error 554: Yellow <> Toner Regional], [Error 555: Magenta <> Toner Regional], [Error 556: Cyan <> Toner Regional], and [Error 557: Black <> Toner Regional] – The OkiData CX2032 MFP Color Laser Printer has detected a signature ID mismatch. The indicated toner cartridge cannot be used in your laser printer. Please replace the indicated toner cartridge with a new, compatible one.

[Error 614/620: Incompatible Yellow Toner], [Error 615/621: Incompatible Magenta Toner], [Error 616/622: Incompatible Cyan Toner], and [Error 617/623: Incompatible Black Toner] – The indicated toner cartridge is not designed for use in your OkiData CX2032 MFP Color Laser Printer. Please replace the incompatible component.

[Error 550: Non-genuine Yellow Toner], [Error 551: Non-genuine Magenta Toner], [Error 552: Non-genuine Cyan Toner], and [Error 553: Non-genuine Black Toner] – The listed error messages indicate that the specified toner cartridges are non-OEM products.

[Error 610: Yellow Toner Missing], [Error 611: Magenta Toner Missing], [Error 612: Cyan Toner Missing], and [Error 613: Black Toner Missing] – The OkiData CX2032 MFP Color Laser Printer does not detect the specified toner cartridge. You must make sure that the indicated toner cartridge is installed properly. Please replace the specified toner cartridge if the same error occurs again.

[Error 540: Yellow Toner Sensor Error], [Error 541: Magenta Toner Sensor Error], [Error 542: Cyan Toner Sensor Error], and [Error 543: Black Toner Sensor Error] – The OkiData CX2032 MFP Color Laser Printer has detected a hardware problem. You should try to solve the problem by turning the machine off and then back on. Please replace the corresponding toner cartridge if the problem persists.

[Error 544: Yellow Improper Lock Lever], [Error 545: Magenta Improper Lock Lever], [Error 546: Cyan Improper Lock Lever], and [Error 547: Black Improper Lock Lever] – You must make sure that the lever of the indicated toner cartridge has been locked during the installation. Please replace the indicated toner cartridge if the problem persists.

To replace an installed toner cartridge, you must open the scanner unit, and then press the release button of the top cover. Please do not touch the fusing area. Next, you must open the top cover of your OkiData CX2032 MFP Color Laser Printer, and then locate the exhausted toner cartridge. Please note that the installed toner cartridges are arranged in the following order (from the control panel towards the top cover): Black, Yellow, Magenta, and Cyan. After that, you must unlock the exhausted toner cartridge by pulling its colored lever towards the control panel until it stops, and then pull the right end of the exhausted component out of the slot. Now, you must remove the exhausted toner cartridge by pulling it to the right, and then remove the new toner cartridge from the transport box. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must shake the new toner cartridge several times from side to side in order to loosen the toner, and then remove the wrapping material from the new component. After that, you must remove the adhesive tape from the underside of the new toner cartridge, and then insert the left end of the new component into the corresponding slot. Next, you must push the new toner cartridge against the spring of the slot and insert its right end into place. Once the new toner cartridge is inserted, you must press its colored lever towards the rear side of the laser printer until it stops, and then close the top cover. Finally, you must close the scanner unit of your OkiData CX2032 MFP Color Laser Printer.
