The lifespan of the transfer belt installed in your Samsung CLP-610ND Laser Printer is approx. 50,000 pages. You should replace the installed transfer belt if any of the listed warning messages or print-quality issues appears.

‘’Door Open/Check Transfer Belt’’ – You must make sure that the transfer belt is installed correctly, and then close the front door of the laser printer firmly. In case that the problem is still present, you must install a new transfer belt.

‘’Install Transfer Belt’’ – Your Samsung CLP-610ND Laser Printer cannot detect the transfer belt. This could be due to a missing, incorrectly installed, damaged, or faulty transfer belt. ‘’Invalid Transfer Belt’’ – This message will be displayed if you have installed the transfer belt incorrectly, or if the installed transfer belt is not intended for use in your Samsung CLP-610ND Laser Printer. Therefore, you must reinstall the transfer belt correctly, and install a new transfer belt if the problem is still present.

Initially, you must press the [Power] button to turn the laser printer off, and then wait a few minutes for the internal components to cool. After that, you must open the front cover by pulling its handle towards you, unlock the used transfer belt by pressing the green releasing handle, and then remove the exhausted component from the printer. Now, you must carefully take the new transfer belt out of the protective packaging, and then align the new component with the slot on the inside of the front cover. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must carefully insert the new transfer belt into the slot, and then make sure that the new component is firmly seated. Finally, you must close the front cover, and then press the [Power] button of your Samsung CLP-610ND Laser Printer.
