RICOH AFICIO 2060 OEM TONER CARTRIDGE

You should replace the toner cartridge that is installed in your Ricoh Aficio 2060 Printer when any of the listed messages appears.

[Toner is almost empty <> Replace Toner Bottle] – The current toner level is very low. You should install a new toner cartridge. Otherwise, all print/copy operations will be disabled after about 1,000 new prints.

[Add Toner] – Your Ricoh Aficio 2060 Printer cannot print or copy because the installed toner cartridge is empty. Please replace the installed toner cartridge with a new one to resume printing/copying.

Initially, you must open the front cover of your Ricoh Aficio 2060 Printer, and then pull the toner cartridge holder towards you to gain access to the exhausted toner cartridge. After that, you must unlock the exhausted toner cartridge by raising the green lever, and then pull the exhausted component out of the machine. Now, you must shake the new toner cartridge 8-10 times horizontally to loosen the toner, and then remove the outer cap from the front end of the new component. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must insert the new toner cartridge into the holder, and then push it towards the machine until the green lever clicks. Once the new toner cartridge is inserted, you must return the toner cartridge holder back to its original position, and then close the top cover. Finally, you must wait until the status message [Ready] appears on the LCD screen, and then print a test page by pressing the [Sample Copy] key.
