When do I Replace a TONER DISPOSAL BAG in the Toshiba BD1340 Laser Printer?

Your Toshiba BD1340 TONER DISPOSAL BAG has a certain capacity and life cycle after the end of which, the Waste Container must be changed. Your BD1340 is equipped with a TONER DISPOSAL BAG monitoring system, which will warn you when the container is full. When this happens, a flashing symbols will appear on your printer`s graphic display. This symbol is in the form of a box with six black dots (in reverse pyramidal order) in it and an arrow below the dots, which is pointing down. The TONER DISPOSAL BAG must be changed, when you notice the above symbol, otherwise your printer won`t work.

How to Install a TONER DISPOSAL BAG in the Toshiba BD1340 Laser Printer

In order to replace the used TONER DISPOSAL BAG, you must open the front cover of your laser printer. Then, you must push down the printer`s upper unit and pull the release lever to unlock it. Now, you will be able to lift the upper unit and take off the used waste toner container out of your Toshiba BD1340 Laser Printer. There is a special cap fitted on the right side of the waste toner container, which you could use to seal/close the used toner container and dispose it. After the removal of your printer`s old container, you must install a new waste toner container. In order to install it, you must place the new container on the old one`s place, and then you must slowly push down the upper printer unit, until it latches firmly with a click. Finally, you can close the front cover of your printer and start printing.
