Overview:

Sharing the same appearance and functions as the e-Studio 120 but only with enhanced copying speed, Toshiba e-Studio 150 boasts for its versatile print, copy and full color scan functionality. It's great for serious establishments looking for serious outputs. Not only a significant boost to a business workflow but also a great choice for its wide array of functions just like the Toner Saver mode that maximizes document productivity while minimizing the cost per page. An e-Studio design including that of e-Studio 150 is in cream color coupled with some simple yet smart-looking lines that just heightens its distinctiveness. At the front most part of the top panel is a readily visible dark gray panel with highlights in it including an array of several buttons for basic functions such as starting or stopping print, copy or scan actions.

Pros:

First on the list is the full-color scanning functionality of Toshiba e-Studio 150 which can provide your scanning needs under the resolution of 1200 x 600 DPI that can be set to five different settings which could be either scan-to-file, scan-to-email, scan-to-fax, scan-to-OCR, scan-to word or scan-to-applications. Network scanning speed is decent at 2.88 ms/line and scanned documents can be saved into PDF or JPEG file format.

Having as well same copy functions as that of e-Studio 120, e-Studio 150 has standout as an excellent and cost-effective copier. First copy out time is within 9.6 seconds at a warm-up time of 30 seconds. Copying actions can be done in a zooming ratio of 25%-400% that offers multiple copying of up to 99 copies.

Cons:

Toshiba e-Studio 150 is considerably speedy in terms of copy speed compared to e-Studio 120 but still isn’t that impressive at 15 PPM (pages per minute) since a lot of faster multifunction device of its batch has a faster copy engine as well as its non-expandable standard memory of 8 MB is pretty low.
