500-Sheet Finisher

You must open the side cover of the finisher, and then pull the staple-cartridge holder out. After that, you must remove the empty staple cartridge from the holder, and then slide the new staple cartridge into the holder until you hear a click. In the next step, you must remove the protective ribbon from the new staple cartridge, and then return the staple-cartridge holder into the finisher. Finally, you must close the side cover of the finisher.

1,000-Sheet Finisher

In the first step of the replacement procedure, you must open the front cover of the finisher, and then pull the handle of the staple unit towards you to gain access to the staple-cartridge holder. Next, you must remove the holder from the staple unit by pulling the green lever towards you, and then unlock the empty staple cartridge by pulling the upper portion of the holder up. After that, you must pull the empty staple cartridge out of the holder, and then slide the new staple cartridge into place. Once the new staple cartridge is inserted, you must push the upper portion of the holder down, and then remove the protective ribbon. Now, you must slide the staple-cartridge holder into the staple unit, making sure that it locks into place, and then push the staple unit back into the finisher. Finally, you must close the front cover of the 1,000-Sheet finisher.
