This toner cartridge prints 8300 pages with average 5% coverage (Nearly all Printer manufacturers base their ink/toner cartridge yields on 5% page coverage).

This product comes with a 6 month Warranty against any defects (including free replacement). We stand behind our products 100%, as these are not manufactured by Canon.

Why toner? Why not call it ink? Regular ink dries quickly, which is why cartridges for inkjet printers do not last long. Laser Printers use toner, which is ink in the form of powder. A sealed toner cartridge can be stored for 2+ years prior to usage.

Replacing the Staple Cartridge in the Canon ImageRunner 2020

Users should first open the front cover of the finisher. Then pull out the staple case and hold the tab. Next push where it is marked and take out the empty staple cartridge. Afterwards put in the new staple cartridge. It is important that you take off the seal holding the staples together. Finally push the staple case into the finisher.

Routine Cleaning the Canon ImageRunner 2020

The following directions will explain how to clean the glass and the cover. Begin by taking a damp cloth and wipe off the glass. Allow the platen glass time to dry before you close the cover. When the glass is dry, close the cover or begin copying.

Manual Feeder Cleaning on the Canon ImageRunner 2020

The first step is to open the feeder cover. Next clean the rollers with a cloth. Then wipe the area with a dry cloth that does not scratch. Afterwards open the inner cover while holding it by its front tab. The following step is to clean the rollers inside the inner cover with a cloth dampened with water. After you are finished wipe the area until it is dry. Now clean the transparent plastic area of the inner cover with a wet cloth. Once again wipe the area with a dry cloth. Now you can shut the inner cover. Also close the feeder cover as well. Next open the feeder. Then clean the scanning area and the document feeding roller with a cloth dampened with water. Finally close the feeder/platen cover.
