NP-7130 TONER CARTRIDGE

Canon NP-7130/NP-7130F Toner Cartridge - 5,000 Pages

Price:  $17.89
5099
Product Description
Canon NP-7130/NP-7130F Toner Cartridge - 5,000 Pages

This toner cartridge prints 5000 pages with average 5% coverage (Nearly all Printer manufacturers base their ink/toner cartridge yields on 5% page coverage).

This product comes with a 6 month Warranty against any defects (including free replacement). We stand behind our products 100%, as these are not manufactured by Canon.

Why toner? Why not call it ink? Regular ink dries quickly, which is why cartridges for inkjet printers do not last long. Laser Printers use toner, which is ink in the form of powder. A sealed toner cartridge can be stored for 2+ years prior to usage.

When do I Replace a Toner Cartridge in the Canon NP-7130?
Your Canon NP-7130 is equipped with a toner level antenna (mounted inside the developing assembly) and a toner level detection circuit, which are constantly sending information about the condition of the installed toner cartridge to the built-in monitoring system of the copier. When the installed toner cartridge reaches near the end of its useful life, a special symbol will start to flash on the control panel. This symbol illustrates six black dots in a pyramidal order with an arrow pointing towards the dots. Please note that no more than 100 copies can be made after the detection of the absence of toner. Therefore, you should install a new toner cartridge soon after the initial appearance of the ‘’Replace Toner Cartridge’’ symbol on the control panel. In addition, the toner cartridge must be replaced, if the print quality is unsatisfactory, and one of the following print-quality issues appears: copies with uneven density, white spots, white lines, and blank copies (make sure that the protective seal has been removed from the toner cartridge). The toner-cartridge replacement procedure is included below.
How to Install a Toner Cartridge in the Canon NP-7130
In the initial step of the installation, you must open the top unit of your Canon NP-7130, and then unlock the used toner cartridge by turning its tab clockwise until it stops. Now, you must pull the used toner cartridge towards you to remove it from the copier, and then unpack the new toner cartridge. After that, you must redistribute the toner by shaking the cartridge 7-8 times from side to side horizontally, and then align the prepared new component with the guides of the slot. In the next step of the installation, you must slide the new toner cartridge into the slot until it is firmly inserted, and then carefully remove the sealing tape from the cartridge. Once the new toner cartridge is firmly inserted, you must turn it counterclockwise until it stops to lock into place, and then finalize the installation by closing the top unit.

Canon NP-7130 Printer Review

Overview:

The Canon NP 7130 is reliable and will increase performance for your business. With Canon's RAPID Fusing System technology, warm-up time is eliminated. Just plug it in and it is ready to go. With the Canon NP-7130 you get a high-capacity 500-sheet user-adjustable cassette and a handy 50-sheet bypass, allowing you to be able to print two different types of paper without having to change the paper manually.

Pros:

One major advantage of the Canon NP-7130 is that it takes almost no time to start. The Canon NP-7130 is capable of copying 13 copies per minute and 11 copies per minute for legal sized paper.
The Canon NP-7130 is well built and offers a monthly duty cycle of 7,500 total impressions. Toner cartridges yield 5,000 sheets. Drum units deliver 30,000 impressions. Paper handling capacities include a 500 sheet standard paper tray, and a manual bypass tray good for 50 additional sheets, which increase the total paper storage to 550 sheets.
There is a bypass tray that is perfect for other types of paper sources and will save you time over having to feed the paper yourself. With this copier originals can be reduced to 70% or enlarged to 141%. Plus it can make 100 copies consecutively.
Analog copiers are out of date. However the Canon NP-7130 offers an affordable copying solution.

Cons:

The Canon NP-7130 is an older analog copy machine that cannot be used as a printer or scanner. With it you don’t get any digital memory or copy once, print many features.
Another disadvantage of analog copiers is that they cannot utilize USB technology. It doesn’t offer a Super G3 fax modem, which means faxing is also not possible.
