CLP-300N BLACK TONER CARTRIDGE

A new toner cartridge set lasts approx. 2,000 A4/letter Black and White printouts at 5% coverage or 1,000 A4/letter Color printouts at 5% coverage. The SmartPanel software and the built-in system of your Samsung CLP-300N Laser Printer will notify/alert you when an installed toner cartridge(s) needs to be replaced. You must install a new toner cartridge(s) if an appropriate message has been displayed on the computer screen, or when any of the listed indications appears.

The [Cyan], [Magenta], [Yellow], or the [Black] LED flashes and the green [Status] LED is on – The corresponding toner cartridge is nearly empty. Please note that a nearly empty toner cartridge can cause various print-quality problems. Therefore, you must install a new toner cartridge soon.

The [Cyan], [Magenta], [Yellow], or the [Black] LED is lit and the red [Status] LED flashes – The remaining toner of the indicated color will be completely consumed very soon. You should install a new toner cartridge.

One of the [Toner] LEDs and the red [Status] LED are lit – The corresponding toner cartridge is at the end of its useful life. All print/copy operations will be disabled until a new toner cartridge of the corresponding color is installed.

Print quality is poor – You should install a new toner cartridge set.

Please note that you can check the status of the installed toner cartridges at any time from the Samsung SmartPanel program.

Please note that some internal printer components will be very hot if you have recently used your Samsung CLP-300N Laser Printer. Therefore, you should turn off the laser printer and wait a few minutes before proceeding with the installation of a new toner cartridge.
You must open the front cover of the main unit, and remove the exhausted toner cartridge by pulling it straight towards you. Then, you must take the corresponding, new toner cartridge out of the protective packaging. In the next step of the installation, you must shake the new toner cartridge eight-ten times vigorously from side to side, and then remove the protective cap from the front side of the new component. After that, you must align the new toner cartridge with the corresponding slot, and then slide it into place. Please note that the toner cartridge locks into place if it has been inserted correctly. Finally, you must close the front cover, and then turn on the Samsung CLP-300N Laser Printer.
