In the first step of the replacement procedure, you must turn your laser printer off, and then unplug its power cable. After that, you must unlock the used fuser assembly unit from the laser printer by rotating the two lock levers to the labeled ‘’unlocked’’ position. Please avoid touching the internal surface of the used fuser assembly unit. Once the used fuser assembly unit is unlocked, you must remove it from the laser printer by grasping its handles and pulling towards you. In the next step, you must unpack the new fuser assembly unit, and then insert it into the main unit. Now, you must lock the new fuser assembly unit into place by rotating the two levers to the labeled ‘’locked’’ position. Finally, you must reconnect the power cable, and then turn on the HP Color LaserJet 2500 Printer.
How to Install a Control Panel in the HP Color LaserJet 2500
In the initial step of the replacement procedure, you must switch the HP Color LaserJet 2500 off, and then unplug the power cord. After that, you must remove the fixing screw from the lower edge of the right cover, and then remove the right cover by releasing its tabs. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must detach the plastic catch from the tab, and then release the three tabs of the control panel.
