HP COLOR LASERJET 2830 COLOR TONER CARTRIDGES SET

The HP Color LaserJet 2830 All-in-One Printer comes standard with three color toner cartridges that can print up to 2,000 pages at 5% coverage, and one Black toner cartridge that can print up to 5,000 pages at 5% coverage. You can obtain useful information about the installed toner cartridges by printing a supplies status page. To print a supplies status page directly from the control panel, you must press the [Menu] button and then select [Reports] – [Supplies Status].
The HP Color LaserJet 2830 All-in-One Printer monitors the toner levels constantly, and it will notify you when an installed toner cartridge needs to be replaced. You should place an order for a replacement toner cartridge when such notification appears. An installed toner cartridge must be replaced when any of the listed messages and/or print-quality problems appears.

[Replace [Color] Cartridge] – The indicated toner cartridge is empty and must be replaced.

[10.000x Supply error] – The HP Color LaserJet 2830 All-in-One Printer cannot read/write from/to the memory tag of at least one installed toner cartridge. You must make sure that all toner cartridges are correctly installed, and then test the laser printer. Please replace the installed toner cartridges if the problem is not solved.

One or several of the listed print-quality problems appears:

Print is faded
Vertical bands appear
Excessive background toner shading
One or more colors are not printing
One or more colors are inaccurate
Missing images
Received faxes are too light

In the first step of the replacement procedure, you must open the scanner assembly by pushing its release button, and then open the top cover of your HP Color LaserJet 2830 All-in-One Printer. After that, you must make sure that the exhausted toner cartridge is in the access position. If the exhausted toner cartridge is not accessible, close the top cover and the scanner assembly, and then press the [Rotate Carousel] button. Next, you must pinch the two blue tabs of the exhausted cartridge and pull the cartridge straight up to remove it from the main unit. Now, you must take the new toner cartridge out of the plastic bag, and then remove the orange cover and the sealing tape from the new component. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must align the new toner cartridge with the corresponding slot, so that the roller is facing towards you, and then insert the new component into the slot while squeezing the two blue levers. Finally, you must close the top cover, and then close the scanner assembly.
