OFFICEJET D145 TRICOLOR INK CARTRIDGE

It is recommended to replace an installed ink cartridge(s), if its ink level is low, or if the cartridge is near the expiration date. You can check the ink levels from the control panel of your HP OfficeJet D145 All-in-One Printer by pressing [Menu] – [7] – [1]. You can obtain more detailed information about the installed ink cartridges by printing a self-test report. To print a self-test report, you must press [Menu] – [3] – [5]. Please note that the HP OfficeJet D145 All-in-One Printer displays appropriate messages on the front-panel LCD, when an installed cartridge is nearly empty or near the expiration date. Please also note that you can extend the useful life of the installed cartridges by selecting the ‘’Fast’’ copy speed/quality mode, but please be aware that the print quality might not be satisfactory.

You must confirm that the HP OfficeJet D145 All-in-One Printer is turned on, and then open the ink-cartridge access door. Please note that the ink-cartridge carriage will be automatically moved to the center of the main compartment. After the cartridge carriage stops moving, you must unlock the empty ink cartridge by pressing the gray button. Then, you must remove the empty ink cartridge by pulling it up and out of the carriage. Please avoid touching the copper contacts of the new ink cartridge. In the following step of the installation, you must take the new ink cartridge out of the transport packaging, and then carefully remove the protective plastic tape. Once the new ink cartridge is prepared, you must insert it into the corresponding slot of the carriage, but please make sure that the cartridge clicks into place, and then close the ink-cartridge access door. Finally, you must wait until the automatic alignment procedure is completely executed, and then test your HP OfficeJet D145 All-in-One Printer.
