KONICA MINOLTA BIZHUB C353 COLOR TONER CARTRIDGES SET

Your Konica Minolta BizHub C353 Laser Printer generates full-color images by combining toner from the four installed toner cartridges: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. The toner supply indicators on the control panel show the amount of toner remaining in the installed toner cartridges. The Konica Minolta BizHub C353 Laser Printer will display one of the listed messages if a toner cartridge related abnormality occurs. Please follow the detailed instructions provided after each of the listed messages.

The currently described indication will appear when any of the installed toner cartridges reaches near the end of its useful life. You should prepare a new X toner cartridge soon after the initial appearance of the indication, in order to avoid printing delays.

[Replace the toner with the correct one, following the instructions provided] – This message indicates that your Konica Minolta BizHub C353 Laser Printer is in a non-operational mode caused by a completely exhausted toner cartridge. Please replace the specified toner cartridge.

To replace a toner cartridge in your Konica Minolta BizHub C353 Laser Printer, you must open the front door of the main unit, and then unlock the toner cartridge, which you want to replace, by pulling its locking tab upwards. After that, you must pull the exhausted toner cartridge out of the laser printer, and then remove the new toner cartridge from the protective packaging. Please be aware that the toner inside the new toner cartridge may have become compacted. For that reason, you should shake the new toner cartridge 10-15 times from side to side. Once you have prepared the new toner cartridge, you must align it with the guides of the corresponding slot, and then insert it firmly into place.
