When do I Replace a Toner Cartridge in the Lanier LD045 Laser Copier

You should replace the toner cartridge installed in your Lanier LD045 Laser Copier if:

� The error code [390c] is displayed – The Lanier LD045 Laser Copier has detected a hardware problem. You should try to solve the problem by replacing the toner cartridge.

� The error code [391c] is displayed – The installed toner cartridge is defective. Please replace the installed toner cartridge with a new one.

� The [Add Toner] indicator blinks

� The [Toner Supply] alarm sounds

How to Install a Toner Cartridge in the Lanier LD045 Laser Copier

In the first step of the replacement procedure, you must open the front cover of your Lanier LD045 Laser Copier, and then raise the handle of the toner cartridge holder. After that, you must pull the release lever of the toner cartridge holder to the right, and then slide the holder towards you until it stops. Now, you must remove the exhausted toner cartridge from the holder, and then take the new toner cartridge out of the protective bag. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must shake the new toner cartridge several times from side to side, and then unscrew the protective plastic cap. Once the plastic cap is removed, you must set the new toner cartridge into the holder, and then slide the holder towards the main unit until it clicks into place. Finally, you must lower the handle of the toner cartridge holder, and then close the front cover of your Lanier LD045 Laser Copier.

How to Install a Developer Unit in the Lanier LD045 Laser Copier

Initially, you must open the front door of your Lanier LD045 Laser Copier, and then lower the bypass tray. Next, you must open the duplex unit and the right cover of the transfer unit. The Lanier LD-045 offers high quality output. Text documents are clear and crisp. Documents can easily be read in 4 point fonts. Thanks to a duplex unit and automatic document feeder this printer is extremely user-friendly. The automatic duplexing feature allows users to cut down on unnecessary paper consumption by printing two-sided documents with ease.
