When do I Replace a Waste Toner Container in the Lanier LD-345c Laser Copier?

The waste toner container installed in your Lanier LD-345c Laser Copier has a certain capacity, which will be completely filled with waste toner eventually. Once the waste toner container is near the end of its useful life, you will see the following message ‘’Please replace Used Toner Bottle’’ appearing in your LD-345c`s display. In this situation, you must purchase a new waste toner container and replace the exhausted one. Otherwise, the remaining printing resource of the waste toner container will be consumed very soon, you will see the following message ‘’Used Toner Bottle is full’’ and all printing operations will be suspended. Herein, you should always keep a spare waste toner container for your Lanier LD-345c Laser Copier.

How to Install a Waste Toner Container in the Lanier LD-345c Laser Copier

Before proceeding with the described below waste toner container replacement procedure, you must turn off the printer and unplug its power cable from the AC outlet.

Initially, you must open the front cover of your Lanier LD-345c Laser Copier and locate the waste toner container (lower left side). After that, you must remove the exhausted waste toner container by pulling it towards you, and then seal it with the included (on its top side) lid. Then, you must unpack and slowly insert the new waste toner container into the printer`s slot until it stops. Finally, you must close the front cover and test your Lanier LD-345c Laser Copier.
