When do I Replace a Toner Cartridge in the Muratec MFX-1700 Plain-paper Multifunction Printer?

A new, standard toner cartridge yields 16,000 letter-sized printouts. Please be aware that the lifespan of the starter toner cartridge is only 3,000 printouts. You should replace the installed toner cartridge when any of the listed print-quality issues and warning messages appears.

How to Install a Toner Cartridge in the Muratec MFX-1700 Plain-paper Multifunction Printer

In the first step of the replacement procedure, you must open the top cover by pulling its release lever upwards, and then open the cover of the print compartment. After that, you must remove the used toner cartridge from the Muratec MFX-1700 Plain-paper Multifunction Printer, and then unpack the new toner cartridge. Next, you must shake the new toner cartridge to redistribute the toner, and then align the two pins of the new component with the guides of the toner-cartridge slot. Once the new toner cartridge is correctly aligned, you must insert it into the slot, and then use the included cleaning paper to clean the LED printhead. Finally, you must close the print-compartment cover, and then close the top cover of your Muratec MFX-1700 Plain-paper Multifunction Printer.
