OKIDATA C3400N COLOR TONER CARTRIDGES SET

Your OKIDATA C3400N is equipped with a precise built-in system, which is constantly monitoring the status of the installed toner cartridges. The built-in system will display the following error message ''TONER EMPTY '', when any of the installed toner cartridges reaches the end of its useful life. You have to install a new toner cartridge, when the described above error message appears, in order the normal/full printer's functionality to be restored. You could easily avoid interruptions of your work by simply keeping a spare set of toner cartridges for your OKIDATA C3400N in stock, but please remember to store all consumable components/parts in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and instructions. Please note that the error LED of your laser printer will be blinking once every 2 seconds, when any of the installed toner cartridges is near the end of its useful life. Please also note that you can check the remaining print resource of the installed toner cartridges by navigating to [Usage Menu] – [Item] – [Toner Life]. The complete toner cartridge replacement procedure is included below.

Initially, you should turn OFF your OKIDATA C3400N and wait at least 10 minutes to allow the fuser unit to cool down, and then open the top cover. After that, you must locate the exhausted toner cartridge, and then unlock it by pulling its blue lock release lever towards the front side of the printer. Please note that you should pull the blue lock release lever to a vertical/''center'' position, if you are replacing a ''starter'' toner cartridge. Now, you must pull the right end of the exhausted toner cartridge out of the drum unit, push the cartridge to the right side of the printer, and then take it out of the compartment. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must unpack the new toner cartridge, and then shake it 8-10 times horizontally to loosen and evenly distribute the toner. After that, you must pull completely off the protective tape from the new toner cartridge, and then insert the left end of the cartridge into the corresponding drum unit. Please note that the installed toner cartridges must be arranged in the following order, from the rear side of the laser printer: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. Once the left end of the new toner cartridge has been inserted, you must insert its right end into the drum unit, and then lock the new component into place by pushing its blue lock release lever towards the rear side of the printer. Now, you must gently clean the LED head with a soft tissue or an LED lens cleaner. Finally, you must close the top cover of your OKIDATA C3400N.
