DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in
any way to your visit to Quikship Toner or to products you purchase through Quikship Toner shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in STORE_LOCATION, except that,
to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Quikship Toners
intellectual property rights, Quikship Toner may seek injunctive or other appropriate
relief in any state or federal court in the state of STORE_LOCATION, and you consent
to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement
shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration
Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a
judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted
by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an
arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through
class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

enforceability of any remaining condition.

Shipping Policies
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Quickship.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
SHIPPING RE-CHARGE If you provide us with the wrong shipping address, we have the right to recharge your credit card for the additional shipping fees charged to us by UPS/Fedex in order to deliver your package to the correct address.
SHIPPING GUARANTEE We do not guarantee shipping arrival time. All estimated arrival times are just that, estimates. We stock a full inventory of thousands of items. Although 98% of our orders ship out on the same day, we do run low on some items, and those orders may take an extra day or two before being shipped. We also have several warehouses throughout the United States. We do our best to process your order from the closest warehouse to the requested shipping address. However, every once in a while, we run out of inventory and must ship your from a different warehouse.
Return Policies
OEM Name brand cartridges (Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers' warranty. We do not accept returns of any open OEM cartridges. Unopened OEM items can be returned within 30 days of sale for a refund.
For our brand products, (including Compatible toner), We offer replacements and returns for 6 months after purchase. In the event of a defect, we encourage allowing us to replace your defective item. For defective returns or replacements, we provide a free return shipping label to send back your defective item. All replacements ship via UPS Ground, free of charge. Any unopened compatible product can be returned for a refund or store credit within the same 6 month period, we do not cover the cost of shipping

Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have the right to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, certain information with respect to the types of personal information the business shares with third parties for direct marketing purposes by such third party and the identities of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year.
Our Guarantee
We offer a 6 month warranty against any defective products, sold and/or distributed by us (Quickship), excluding Manufacturer Direct items. We will replace any defective products free of charge (we pay the shipping as well), or you can return your defective item to us for a refund. Non-defective items are not covered under warranty.
What is a Manufacturer Direct item? These items are Brand New manufactured goods, where the manufacturer covers the warranty and returns for us.
