Pros:

The Sharp AR-250 offers all the features that your business needs. Not only is it fast, it can print on a variety of sizes of paper and offers optional electronic sorting. With this machine you get 600 dpi laser quality output. It also comes with Scan-Once Print-Many Memory Management that will allow you to print scanned documents without have to scan them multiple times. Furthermore this printer does an outstanding job of reducing or enlarging originals. They can be reduced to 25% or enlarged to 400%.

With the Sharp AR-250 you get full color scanning. There is no need for extra peripherals since the Sharp scanner/printer can handle your every need. With Sharpdesk document management, you can edit, save, and distribute documents across your network without all the hassle.

Cons:

The Sharp AR-250 only allows you to make 99 copies continuously. This limits you when printing documents for large meetings. Furthermore it only comes with two-250 sheet output trays and a 100 sheet manual bypass tray. As a result it lacks the capability to handle the heavy duty printing workloads of large businesses.
