• ‘’10.94.YY REMOVE SHIPPING LOCKS FROM ALL CARTRIDGES’’ – One or more shipping locks are still attached. You must remove all shipping locks, and then reinstall the toner cartridges into the laser printer.

• ‘’10.XX.YY SUPPLY MEMORY ERROR’’ – The built-in system cannot read or write to one or more cartridge memory tags. You should try to resolve the issue by reinstalling the toner cartridges, and then restarting the laser printer. The indicated toner cartridges must be replaced, if the error message is still displayed after the restart.

• ‘’Genuine HP supplies installed’’ – This message indicates that all newly installed toner cartridges are OEM/HP products. No actions necessary.

• ‘’REPLACE CARTRIDGE <> TO CONTINUE PRESS ENTER’’ – The remaining print resource of the indicated toner cartridge is less than 1%. You should replace the indicated toner cartridge as soon as possible. Otherwise, all print/copy operations will be disabled due to an empty toner cartridge very soon.

• ‘’REPLACE CARTRIDGE’’ – The indicated toner cartridge has reached the end of its useful life. All print/copy operations will be disabled until a new toner cartridge of the indicated color is installed.

• ‘’REPLACE SUPPLIES <> Override in use’’ – Two color toner cartridges are empty, but printing is still possible. You should replace all empty toner cartridges immediately, in order to be avoided serious print quality issues.

• ‘’REPLACE SUPPLIES <> Using black only’’ – All color print/copy operations are disabled because of one or more emptied color toner cartridges. You must install new toner cartridges of the indicated colors.

• A color is missing – The toner cartridge of the corresponding color is defective. You must install a new toner cartridge of the matching color, in order to resolve the issue.

• Inconsistent colors – One or several toner cartridges are nearly empty. You should print a supplies status page to identify the nearly empty toner cartridges.

You should always keep a spare set of toner cartridges for your HP Color LaserJet CP3505 Printer in stock, in order to avoid interruptions of your work. Please do not remove the toner cartridges from their original packages until you ready to install these consumable components.
